Bocca

Studio65 was a major force in the Italian design scene of the 1960s and 1970s and became known for its avant-garde and often provocative designs that challenged the boundaries of traditional furniture design.

The design of the Bocca sofa was inspired by the sensual lips of actress Mae West and had a major influence on pop culture: Prince's 1988 album “Lovesexy” shows him lying on a Bocca sofa on the cover.

The album “Greatest Hits” by Tom Jones from 2003 shows the singer sitting on a Bocca sofa.
